Mission

To encourage EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin and/or Congress to remove all Global Warming Potential (GWP) limits established under Subsection (i) of the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act, specifically as they pertain to self-contained refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump products. These limits, mandated by the Biden administration's EPA on October 5, 2024, impose restrictive and abrupt requirements that deviate from the original intent of the AIM Act, which was to facilitate a gradual, fair, and market-driven transition away from hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs).
